Your event is the perfect opportunity to update your team's headshots in a contemporary, natural light setting. We will choose a location on-site at your venue that matches your brand's aesthetic.

Available for groups of 1-75 people.

Large-scale attendee headshot stations and on-site photo printing are not offered at this time.

1. Do you travel for events?

While Kristen Marie Event Photography primarily serves the Las Vegas area, we occasionally take on travel assignments for select events. If you're hosting an event outside of Las Vegas, feel free to reach out with the details. We'd be happy to discuss availability and fit. There are no travel fees within Greater Las Vegas.

2. Do you offer headshot stations for tradeshow attendees?

We offer on-site headshots for company teams or select individuals, such as your executives, speakers, or award winners. We will choose a natural light setting at your event's location to create contemporary headshots for your group. We do not currently offer large-scale headshot stations for conference attendees, nor do we offer on-site photo printing.

3. When & How will we receive our photos?

Final galleries are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. If you need select images sooner for press or social media, you can upgrade to receive 10 edited images by the next morning. Rush editing is also available as an upgrade. You’ll receive the images through a private online gallery with high-resolution .jpg files that are ready to download, share, and use however you need.

4. Are the images edited?

Yes. All delivered images are professionally edited in a clean, natural style. We focus on true-to-life color and clarity, no heavy filters or trends that will feel dated later.

5. Do you offer videography?

Kristen Marie Event Photography specializes in still photography only. However, we’re happy to refer trusted videographers we’ve worked with if you need video coverage for your event. Just let us know what you're looking for!

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. We welcome shot lists and special requests in advance to make sure we capture what matters most to your team or stakeholders. We always recommend coordinating a brief online meeting prior to the event to confirm any details.

7. What types of events do you photograph?

We specialize in corporate conferences, tradeshows, company parties, brand activations, networking events, and company headshots. If you're looking for wedding or family portrait photography, please see our sister brand, Kristen Marie Weddings + Portraits.

8. Can we use the photos for marketing or social media?

Yes. Your usage rights include promotional and editorial use, which is perfect for websites, social media, internal comms, and press coverage. If you would like to use the photos in paid media advertising campaigns, please contact us for advertising usage rates.
